Ok so, the staff? 6/5 stars. The merch? 4.5/5 stars maybe more...the store itself? 3/5. I'm literally sitting outside the store now, for the THIRD time today. Why? I got here at 12:47p, on a Sunday. Store doesn't open until 1pm. That's on me. I go and do some shopping, come back about 1:10pm...STILL not open. Stay until 1:22pm...no dice. It's daylight savings time, moved the clocks forward an hour so I figured that may be why. So, I go home, do some things around the house, come back at 2:15pm...STILL not open!!! Been here 10 minutes and nothing. This is ridiculous; sign says Sundays: 1 PM - 5 PM on the sign and Google Maps states it's OPEN, yet, here I sit. Store closed. I called earlier and just now, it goes to voicemail only, their voicemail isn't set up yet, so the automated voice says, "Goodbye". Click. This is a bit frustrating, since I wasted my time and gas when someone should have BEEN here, and they simply were not. I get things happen, but, it's extremely frustrating, and now get to go home and explain to the wife that, again, it was not open. I could have been at home doing honey-do lists but I get stopped by the cold hands of fate on this on I guess. Such is life. Maybe hire one or two more people who will actually get to work in time to open, or open the store at all. Or, if not opened on Sundays, please, PLEASE update Google maps and web site AND your front door sign!!!!

It’s get 2 stars, because this was my first visit. I asked about the 20% off that is clearly printed on a sign that is outside the establishment. The cashier told me he would not be able to honor that because it doesn’t apply to vape (disposable) & the owner changed the policy. This is false advertisement. Either change the sign or simply don’t put it out. Also, why does it smell like sewage?

Extremely rude staff had a man dressed like hes ready to go to punk bar tell me I need to fix my parking I was literally waiting on my daughter debating coming in will never why even have staff like that if he doesn’t want to work send him home what a power control freak smh I cannot even believe the treatment

If you want great customer service, come here. Prices are also the most competitive in the area. Most things are equal to or slightly less than what you'd pay from an online store (when you factor in shipping, tax, and age verification costs/signature delivery). Brad is a great guy and has always been professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He's always taken the time to explain a new product if I have any questions. I never take the time to write reviews, but I felt it was truly deserved in this case. Being in QA/QC myself, I can appreciate a company that stands behind it's products and resolves issues quickly. I just want to say a big thank you to the guys and gals at Vape Escape Bessemer for taking care of the customers!

I bought several vapes from here they have been ok then this last one was leaking for 2 weeks I would have brought back but was in hospital,tried to ask the rude man about a discount on another one I just purchased and with his rude attitude said that's not my problem,how rude is that.I have 15 family members that I had going here but no more money from us.Prices too high anyway.Bad business.Will be praying for your attitude to change towards good customers.
