Very little selection on bag less tobacco. The rude lady who “has been doing this for 25 years” at this establishment should’ve developed better customer service skills by now. Didn’t even get to buy what I needed. HIRE BETTER HELP

The lady I spoke with:({~when I called with a Billion different questions & concerns~}):was so kind & offered to personally help me select the perfect match for the type of cigarette I smoke. 🚬➡️That's a big deal for someone like me, with no experience or know, how when it comes to purchasing and rolling your own tabbaco cigarettes. They have such large variety to offer. 🚬➡️If the product & price end up matching the personal service that was given, then this might just become a weekly stop for me, rather than, just a one time thing, from being low on money. Been to both locations in decatur 3 times within the last month. Never had my brand carton in stock. Marlboro lights soft pack. For a cigarette store, Ya'll should keep more in stock. They DO have a long shelf life. Geeeezz. I only went to these for convenience also, because Your prices are higher than most other places I get them. Staff is friendly is the only positive I can think of. I wont try them again because it's just more stops for me when I keep getting told no, dont have them.

Been going there for years... Very friendly and helpful... Very clean and presentable... You can walk in and find what you need. (Now I work there)
