I went in to buy Bushwacker Coconut Rum Cream. I asked the lady behind the counter if they had any and she said no. So, I saw Kahlua’s Mudslide and went to purchase it. As a was checking out my friend says hey I think I found what you are wanting. By this time she brought it over to me I had completed my purchase. I immediately asked the lady behind the counter if I could return the Kahlua and purchase the Bushwacker. She said NO once you purchase anything there is a no return policy. Mind you this whole time I’m in front of the gal working. I never left the counter. I just think that it TERRIBLE customer service. I can see if I left the store with the product, but the whole situation happened right in front of the girl working. Plus, I never saw a sign stating all sales are final. Neither myself nor my friend will ever patronize Al’s Liquor Tobacco Wine again!!

My fiancé and I stopped by here for a couple of minutes. The Jamaican woman there with dreadlocks is very rude and bitter with a TERRIBLE attitude. I was nothing but cool with her and she was so nasty to me about showing my ID instead of being cordial and asking nicely. One of those "you touched the bottle so YOU need to show me your ID" kind of person. The selection is decent but VERY VERY VERY overpriced!!!!! Save yourself the trip here and go somewhere else more affordable!!!

Selection is way too overpriced. Lady with dreadlocks has a gross attitude. High prices AND terrible service. Go somewhere else

WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. If you can find somewhere else, wate to get you rum. The bottle we normally get is somewhere around $30, $28 on sale. It was $43 + tax.

Very bad and overpriced collection. Asked ID for no reason and kept out record in the scanner so they possibly do collect and sell your personal data.
