I have been to this location several times. While the staff occasionally can be very friendly and very helpful. I have a multiple occasions, brought a unit in and asked for atomizers and received the wrong item. I have also several times gone in to buy juice and asked for non-menthol or a certain nicotine level that later found were not the items I asked for.

Jasmine was very helpful with my new purchase. Thanks On a 2nd note…… I bought a new tank, after juice was input it started leaking into the middle chamber. I took the tank off cleaned it (lost at least 3 ml of juice) and re attached everything insured everything was tightened and coil installed correctly. I added more juice in the bubble tank. (lost another 3 ml of juice) Again, after a few hours, the center chamber filled with juice each puff had juice in my mouth. Obviously I had a lemon. It was too late to take it back to the store so the next day I took it back to the store. Of course the receipt says no returns. However I think a store should back their products. Thankfully for me, they were able to do an exchange of the exact same unit. I have had no problems at all with the new tank. I appreciate them working with a customer on a case by case situation. I do not agree that products cannot be returned or exchanged. You should back your products. Time will tell if I return to this store, with the amount of trouble I had to go through to get them to help me settled the situation.

Conveniently located right in Helena—5 minutes away from High School—this is a great, small business alternative to the 15-20min drive to OG PUFF. GUMMIES. DRINKS-(infused). Other stuff. And a wealth of helpful knowledge from Brandy/Brandi, who studied “plants” in school, and who has over the years helped addicts discontinue alcohol, drugs, etc., for more organic, natural options. That’s a great cause to support!!!

This vape store truly delivers! I looked at every vape store from McCalla, AL to Hoover, AL for a particular vape with no avail. I went into Pharaohs Vape Shope in Helena, AL and found exactly the limited edition vape I had been searching for. Jasmine is the best!!!! She hooked me and was informative with the many questions I had for her. If your looking for vapes with reasonable prices, you should definately check these guys out!! Huge selection, great customer service, and reasonable prices!! You cant go wrong!! Thanks Jasmine and staff!!!! --Denise W.

This is by far my favorite vape shop. Brandi is so knowledgeable about the products they sell and she is SO friendly, going above and beyond to offer GREAT customer service. I highly recommend shopping here!
