Need to update hours of operations. I made a detour to your shop. To find no one there, lights off, and locked. During posted business hours. Trusting your timeliness and posted hours has now made me late to work.

Wow! This particular establishment was easily accessible from the main road however they are located within a multi unit shopping strip & the name is not at all marked as listed name. Once I did figure out the correct unit and while the individual working was polite, he had no idea what I was asking for. I quickly determined his knowledge of the basic vaping terminology was nonexistent. Outside of maybe getting a single Black & Mild or a flavored wrap for a spliff, I'm not sure what they are really pushing out of this spot. Don't waste the time or fuel hoping they can provide any vaping products you actually need.

Very good customer service. They didn't have the coils that I needed for my vape but we're willing to order them for me. They also have a lot of amazing juices to choose from.

My box vape lasted all of 20 minutes and never worked again even after charging. I bought it the night before I left. So I wasn't able to take it back to the store. I spent $70!!! 🤬 the only reason they got 2 stars is bcus they had the juice I wanted. #Scammer

Didn't actually go in this time, I tried a new place, but, I do know that cloud 9 has an enormous selection and it is great shop for all your smoking needs. I'm leaving some needs you didn't know you had, lol
