Mad smoke and vape. I literally just walked into the store bought a vape haven’t even broke the seal on the vape yet haven’t even taken the vape out of the packaging and I go in because I grabbed the wrong one for my husband and I couldn’t even exchange it. Remember now I haven’t even broken the seal on the vape yet the lady inside goes oh yeah the owner will be mad. We can’t exchange even though you just came in. OK I just came in. You just saw me come in so I should be able to exchange if I got the wrong one when the seal hasn’t even been broken yet Maybe put a sign on your door stating once you buy you can’t return…. I guess I’ll just drive the 20 minutes to my regular vape store because this vape store sucks

So I came into this store to purchase.A vape I was unsure which vape to get meanwhile.Another customer comes in and and the girl that was working there service him. Which is fine so she took down one vape and set it on her phone. So i finally decided on which one I would like to purchase.We walk to the cash register for me to check out.And I noticed that she would stare me up and down , not knowing that she thought that I was stealing . She made me pull out my pockets which I had on tight sweats. Nothing can fit in my pocket a Besides the point talking about humiliation at its finest, I work every day to purchase things that I won't in need. I have no need to steal. And we'll not be coming back.This is a great way to lose customers and sales.
