The staff makes the business great. This store is filled with smoke needs, but also he is stocking some really neat gifts. Happy shopping:) Don't expect to get him to accept returns on even expensive mods. He won't. I was loyal, but I live too far to deal with a business who refused to go to bat with a manufacturer. I was a small business owner for over 30 years. Maybe standards have changed but that's not kind.
