I wish I could remember the associates name that helped me. I've now had her help me twice, and she is great with recommendations, explaining products and offering places to find things she may not have. The conversation is always friendly and exploratory without being pushy. Such a great spot for vape needs, cigars and unusual gifts.

Helal helped find my new water pipe. Now this is a new spot that I will come back to.

Helal is an absolute amazing hard worker he’s dedicated and definitely deserves a raise I never had customer service this good until I came to this up and smoke and met Helal I wish they had one of him at every store I ever went to

Moe is the best for everything you need. I went to high school with him . Great guy with great customer service. Make sure you got that cash he don’t play about his money 😉

Helal at Up In Smoke located at Cottage-Hill and Azalea was very welcoming kind and helpful. I love this location definitely will be a repeat customer.
