Why do you guys cover for bad service? Cause the few times I have been in the store, the workers there are rude so I believe that other person. I have debated on leaving a review long before now because I can’t ever get anybody on the phone when I need to see if what I want is there, and when I do the person that answers is always rude as hell and hangs up before I’m done. The shisha, vapes, and juice selection could be way better too. Fantasia and Starbuzz shisha brands I have asked for since I saw you opened but there was a girl then and she said she would try to get it in. Obviously that never happened. I’d be better off bringing my business to Cloud 9 where the employees are nice and act like they enjoy their jobs, plus they smile when I come in their store instead of looking like they hate the world, and they listen to customers. I would even say they have a better selection than you do at any store. I know they have much better shisha & vapes. Actually listen to the bad reviews instead of making fake ones.

Ethan Always greets me when I walk in the door and always answers my questions about the flavors that I am considering. He’s very helpful getting what I need as quick as possible and he’s always a fun chat during my busy day! Highly recommend this smoke shop to anyone who wants great business!

If I could leave a zero star I would. I have been multiple times the past few months and am always met by the same guy — the one with the glasses. He is always EXTREMELY rude and I’ve heard him cuss at other customers before. If y’all don’t find someone else to work there, y'all are going to start losing a lot of business. The lady at the liquor store also told me one day, that he was outside screaming at a homeless man to get away from his store….and for me and many of my friends that’s horrible behavior and extremely unprofessional, not to mention inhumane, we love Up N Smoke as a business, but will direct our business to other chains unless you get better employees. It’s not just at this store either. DO. BETTER.

Love this store! The tall guy with the glasses Ethan is very knowledgable on all of the products there. He is very professional and so extremely nice. I recommend to all my friends to go there and see him for the best service.

I went up there tonight to get some tobacco and to my surprise it was not only closed but completely empty this store is closed for good. Nothing,Nadal, gone!!
