I would give them a one star but they do have some good prices. The heavy set white guy has horrible customer service skills. He might be a little prejudice, go in and check him out I might be a wrong. But I did feel uncomfortable by our conversation and my payment transaction. He didn’t want to help me and from the looks of it he don’t care, he just want to sit there and smoke his cigar. All in all I still spent over $60 with them. Unfortunately that will be my last time doing business with them. I only went to them due to the fact that someone told me that there was some nice helping people that works there but to my surprise, the wrong guy was working Today March 29,2023. May the odd be in your favor. **Update to the Owner reply** The three individuals that came in after me already knew what they wanted so being the nice person that I am I told them that they could go ahead of me because I still had some questions and I wanted to look at the things you have behind the counter. Also if I hand the guy my debit card I expect for him to hand it back to me, not place it on the counter. Last thing after all of that I told him to have a nice day. His reply was nothing. Now that’s just rude.

It was great today unlike timesbin the past. A lady was there today and knew how to operate the register. Anytime the "man" that works there can't seem to add at all and has been very rude in the past. Today was Great!

I’ve recently started getting into cigars and this was the first cigar shop I went to here in Montgomery. The other ones are nice and I enjoy them, but this one is my go to. They have a great selection, a lounge in the back you can smoke at for a variety of reasons (besides the obvious). No membership required or anything and the prices are one thing that makes it my go to. Other shops cigars are $10-$25 where this one has the $2 everyday smokes as well as the higher end cigars. Guy is cool that runs the place and a nice local shop!

Nice little shop in a convenient location with plenty of parking. Very friendly, knowledgeable owner and staff with a well kept humidor. Plenty of selection for any price range. Relax and enjoy in their lounge or take one to go. I enjoyed my little stop in while traveling through.

Met the owner at the Harley shop and was told if I came by on my bike I would get a 10% discount. The lady working there was very friendly and helpful. They have a great selection and atmosphere.
