It could have been better, but the ops manager isn't ordering or keeping in stock the US-made juice flavors customers ask for, even though sales are declining in other areas. When having a discussion about the store closing, he blamed tariffs for his decision of not keeping 100% US-produced brands/flavors in stock. The conversation was disappointing. The shop had strong potential, but they didn't show interest in exploring ways to improve the business model, such as focusing on keeping repeat customer items in stock. On the other hand, a lot of their stuff is heavily marked down to prep for closure prior to the Nov 12th federal ban on all THCA and CBD products, so there's that. I guess.

The shop is pretty cool. The didnt get to catch the workers name but he had long brown hair if that helps. He was an awesome guy. Went above and beyond to help me. Ill definitely be back to buy again.

Jay at the front desk is one of the best smoke shop associates I have ever had the pleasure of meeting in the Pelham/Alabaster/Calera area! He's always kind, always helpful, always humbly admits when he needs to research answers but always comes back with a well thought out solution for us! Jay is a vibe and is a super dope human! We've shopped with Smoke Gallery only several times, and each time we are met the SAME EXCELLENT level of service from Jay. He needs a raise low 🔑, high 🔑, middle 🔑!!!! 😊🔥💯

No more flower. Dont waste your time going. Stupid AL laws make these shops basically obsolete without flower. (Then the owner asked below why I would leave a one star review) YOURE A SMOKE SHOP WITHOUT ANYTHING TO SMOKE. What products do you even have that are smokable that produce a psychoactive effect? Tell me ONE and I’ll undo my review.

Relaxed weekday shopping experience. Staff incredibly respectful
