Went in to ask about some cigars, and never got greeted. After a few minutes I left, people were there and enjoying a cigar, so was open. Looked like a great selection I'm the back though.

Awesome customer service starts the minute you step in the door. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They offer a clean and comfortable lounge area. Great place to relax or have a one on one meeting.

As a newbie in the cigar world, the guy behind the counter was very gracious and patient and appeared to have a genuine love of cigars and appeared very knowledgeable as well.

I liked it, it was well stocked well priced and we'll run, definitely coming back.👍🏾

The guy at the register is TOP TIER! He’s very helpful and I really appreciate him taking the time to explain the process to me. I drove from Birmingham to get the cigars my guy enjoys from this shop. This is the only place that sells the one he likes 🤗
