I went in, needing some very specific glass products. The person who helped me what extremely nice. There are other options around Tuscaloosa for products like this others however, they do not work with you. They are rude. They pretty much laughed in your face when you go to vapors you feel kinda like you’re at home. I’ll be back soon. thanks again for your patience and helping so much.

The employees are exceptionally kind and caring. They do everything they can within the laws to help you. As someone with chronic nausea, I can only pray that they are able to continue legally serving me the way I need.

Vapors is the best smoke shop in town by far, and I would recommend them to anyone. I hope they stay open forever because I never want to go anywhere else! I have never been to a vape store where EVERYONE is so incredibly welcoming, kind, patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. They listen, understand and make spot-on recommendations every time. I love their rewards program, and I never have to worry about receiving knockoff products. I have been to many shops; nowhere else comes close to Vapors. Prepare to have your expectations exceeded! I am grateful to have found such a gem right in the middle of Tuscaloosa. ❤️

I had to grab an extra vape because my other three were an hour away. Hey..it happens! The friendly staff had exactly what I needed and picked out two new juices that I really love. Great shop!

I’m from out of town and I was shopping on their website. I called their one of the shops and the lady on the phone was extremely helpful. absolutely brilliant. The information she gave me was 100% correct I wanted to make sure it was legitimate. the customer service was above and beyond. I hundred percent will be back to this place thank you very much. LM
