I usually have a good interaction with royal vapes but today i got there 10 min before posted opening and then left almost 20 min and 2 phone calls after posted opening time i just wasted my time before work.

This is the BEST smoke shop you will find on in Alabama. The manager is absolutely so lovely and runs the store with the customer in mind. The one of the kindest souls works behind that counter and her name is Lexi. She made our first so tremendous and welcoming this is the only smoke stop we will do our business with from now on. If you stop by you surely won't regret it. The shop is very informed on their products and their customer service is top notch.

Went in today on Saturday 10/11/25 and the guy working was dead asleep. I asked 2 or more times. Hello. Pretty loud. No response. Terrible customer service. I'll never go again
