This smoke shop lacks variety of wraps you can purchase and most of it is on the higher end price wise. The employees there don’t know the products they’re selling or where it’s located on the shelf. The atmosphere is just boring lacks a welcoming energy.

I originally had a problem with a terrible employee, but I met the owner and he made everything alright. Smoke City Vapes is the only place to go if you want quality vapes and tobacco products! I can't remember the owners name, but he's a very nice guy and a hard working family man. Five stars and more for Smoke City!

I forgot to make this review the day I went in Oday i believe he said his name was. And I’m apologizing in advance for not spelling or maybe remembering your name right . BUT NEVER IN MY LIFE have I felt the need to review a smoke shop or really anything. When I tell you this was the most FRIENDLY, KIND, person I’ve ever met! He was so helpful , and talked to me like we’ve been friends for years ! That is something you never ever find anymore in any business. I live 30 min from there but that will be the only place I go when I need anything smoke related . Thank you again for the amazing service and I wish you all the business in the world !

I recently visited Xmoke City and I was really impressed with my experience. The store offers a great selection of products, from cigars and cigarettes to a variety of smoking accessories. Everything is neatly organized, making it easy to find what I was looking for. One of the things that stood out to me was the friendly and knowledgeable staff. They were eager to help, answering all my questions and offering recommendations based on my preferences. It’s clear they know their products well and are passionate about helping customers. The atmosphere of the store is very welcoming, with a comfortable vibe that makes you feel at ease browsing through their offerings. Despite being a first-time visitor, I felt like a regular thanks to the warm welcome from the staff. I appreciated their product range and also the sense of community they’ve built. It’s evident they care about their customers and go the extra mile to ensure a positive shopping experience. For anyone in the area looking for a reliable smoke and tobacco shop, I highly recommend. Their combination of quality products, knowledgeable staff, and a welcoming atmosphere makes them stand out as a top choice.

If u enjoy fake items this is your store if u prefer legit stuff I'd recommend somewhere else. as an added note you can't even browse the store without someone up in your face the whole time. Was wanting a grinder but wasn't sure which one so I told the dude to give me a minute to look and he just stood there staring at me and made me feel awkward so I just didn't get one cause I couldn't look at them with out dude standing there. Like I want to look at the stuff not your crotch from other side of glass
