I can’t say enough about how rad and amazing this local smoke shop is. I started showing up there a year ago because they’re one of the shops that open earliest and quickly started building rapport with Victor, Manager / Owner I believe. I spend 15-20 mins every day chatting with him because he’s such an awesome and fun guy. Very informative and professional, appreciates repeat customers and always gives me the best pricing in the valley, hands down. There are a lot of smoke shops to choose from in the valley, so many, I highly recommend you check em out. Not only is Victor awesome, the ladies that are there most days are equally rad. Professional, friendly, and always smiling. It’s a well ran shop and you’re in and out in minutes. Thanks for everything guys, customer for life💪

Beware of this place I walked in, the guy was on the call I asked how much his geek bars were, when he hung up. He said, (after he looked at me with a funny look.) "They just went up to $35". I explained to him that "Holy Cow" smoke shop in Tempe, is selling them for $20! I wanted to go to this place, to save time, because you were closer. I asked "Is there anything you can do, or suggest something similar?" He then answered another call first , and then said "no they're too far away". That made no sense to me at all. I felt he was prejudice. Because I was a white male. I have never felt that way, except, once before a long time ago. Stay away from this place! Don't waste your money! IF you can, it's worth the 15 min drive, FR. "Holy Cow" is the smoke shop to "go to" They're fantastic $20 for a geek bar. Their customer service is " Stellar" FR.

After purchasing 2 disposable vapes and returning with both— unused— in original packaging the same day (due to them being burnt and unpalatable) I was denied any refund or replacement. As a regular for over a year I was shocked, but left them the defective products (that they get replaced for free by the manufacturer by the way) and let them know I would not be back. Thanks, “manager”!
