Absolutely one of the best cigar lounges in Arizona. Puro Cigar Bar has that perfect mix of upscale atmosphere without feeling pretentious. The humidor selection is solid with everything from everyday smokes to premium hard-to-find cigars, and the staff actually knows cigars instead of just pointing you toward the most expensive stick. The bourbon and whiskey selection is outstanding, the ventilation is done right, and the whole vibe makes it easy to lose track of time in the best way possible. The balcony overlooking downtown Chandler is a huge bonus and makes this place stand out from a typical cigar shop or lounge. What really makes Puro different is the atmosphere. Whether you’re a longtime cigar smoker or just getting into the hobby, you feel welcome the second you walk in. Great conversations, relaxed environment, good music, and the kind of place where you can sit down with a cigar and actually unwind. If you appreciate premium cigars, good whiskey, and a true lounge experience, this place is absolutely worth visiting. Easily one of my go-to spots in the Valley.

Awesome spot for a relaxed afternoon. Very friendly environment and lots of room to sit and the rooftop lounge is awesome woth az sunsets! The curator for the humidor knows his stuff! Forgot his name , cool guy! Enjoyed learning about their selection and saw plenty of sticks id never heard of! My fav spot in Az for cigars

This cigar bar is truly amazing! They offer an awesome selection of cigars and provide exceptional service. A must-visit for any cigar enthusiast!

We normally like to come here but at tonight this will most likely be our last. The bartender didn’t even give us customer service. Never once did she even ask if we wanted anything else. Walked past us multiple times with 3 empty drinks and still nothing. We had to ask for the bill. And still she didn’t ask to even refill our water. Honestly was more worried about her guy clientele than us…. Very unfortunate. Drinks sat empty.

Large 2nd floor, friendly and helpful staff. They made my visit comfortable. Large TVs and comfy seating in two separate areas. Plus, there are two balconies. Nice selection of cigars. Will be back when I'm here in Tempe.
