I would have liked to give this place a four or five star rating; no doubt I've visited it tons of times, it being close to my home and workplace, and I've spent an unhealthily large amount of money there. I don't want to gloss over all the occasions the staff there were pleasant, helpful, and made it a good experience. Depressingly, though, I've accumulated a decent number of visits now where the staff were continuously short with me, as if I was a pain or a knobhead and they wanted to be sure I knew it. I've always been polite and done my best to be considerate with taking as little of their time as possible, and tried to keep a positive conversational vibe, so it's been really disappointing to me to be treated as if I'd profoundly annoyed them in a manner that I can't place, or as if I'm not worthy of the decency of a respectful or even neutral interaction when they're frustrated with something other than me. I'd first told myself that maybe I shouldn't shop there a few of these instances ago, and now my mind is made up, because I'm tired of being made to feel blatantly unwelcome at random without having a clue as to why. Otherwise, their selection is good across a range of products and their prices are reasonable. I just don't think those or the proximity can overcome the confusing letdowns of these random days.

I told the guy the vape was faulty after he had me try it while in the store still he didn't believe me. Never will I return again every time I smoke the vape it continues to keep going after I stop. The percentage goes down over 4% every time I smoke it terrible customer service. He said well it looks like it works when in reality it didn't work correctly like it should.

The atmosphere there is amazing Vivi always helps me and she’s so sweet and welcoming she has the best costumer service hands down , the shops always clean and prices are very affordable! My go to smoke shops all time !

Went in and Patrick helped me, he welcomed me in and was awesome!!! Friendly and knew his stuff. I dont live near there and was just passing by, but will now be my go to spot because of him! I don't know if he was the manager but it seamed like it.

Stopped in yesterday. Patrick is the man, pleasant guy. Knowledgeable about their inventory and in general. Looking forward to our continued conversations when I visit the place.
