I don’t usually leave reviews, but Carlos definitely deserves one. I had been looking around at different places for a Puffco and couldn’t find a better price anywhere. Carlos took the time to answer all my questions, was super helpful, and got me the best deal I found in Phoenix. You can tell he actually cares about helping customers instead of just making a sale. The whole experience was easy, and I never felt pressured into buying anything. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this shop to friends and family. Thanks again, Carlos!

Stopped by Arizona Smoke today looking for a few things for my husband, Nick, and Carlos took great care of us. He spent the time to answer our questions, never made us feel rushed or pressured, and helped us find the absolute best deal we could find on everything we were looking for. Customer service like this is hard to come by. You can tell he genuinely wants to help people and make sure they leave happy. 10/10 recommend this shop. If you stop by, make sure to ask for Carlos! He’ll take care of you. 👍🔥

I am writing to express my appreciation for the excellent customer service I always receive at Arizona Smokers. They consistently have everything I need, along with one of the best hookah selections available. The staff is always welcoming, friendly, and quick to help, making every visit a great experience. With their great prices and wide variety of hookah supplies, this is definitely my go-to shop. I highly recommend Arizona Smokers to anyone looking for quality products and outstanding service.

Best prices, hands down. They have so many amazing products available, yet they still really know all the answers on everything they sell. Employees are so knowledgeable, efficient, courteous and great conversationalists that promote a really positive vibe. Family owned and local, with several locations that are equally impressive. Well organized and always clean. Definitely worth stopping in.
