Lisa, T and Nate are super friendly. I recently lost a daughter, and Lisa was there for me. Her compassion lifted my spirits when I was contemplating doing something stupid. This shop is always clean, stocked and has great prices. Also, the customer service experience is way above and beyond what you will find at any other smoke shop. I would rather spend my money here than some corporate store. Highly recommended.

Terrible customer service. Bought the wrong size lighter, came right back and they wouldn’t do a refund/exchange for me.

Got a nice lighter and had a nice conversation with the lady in the store tonight locked out of my car managed to distract me and now I have another lighter and something to cool my nerves will come again. Update: lighter doesn't work anymore a dollar one i got in mexico is lasting longer kinda disappointing
