The snacks are old and expired. The staff is rude. The products break. Bough a knife and it broke while opening it... Bought a taser and it didn't work after I charged it. They refused to let me return it. Wouldn't even exchange it. Starting screaming in Arabic then told me to get out.

I will never spend another dime in this store... I have been living close to this shop for over 2 years now and I smoke a lot more than I should... I smoke a pack of Newport cigarettes a day ( Not cheap at all ) and buy from them 90% of the time... Do the math and I'm sure I'm one of their best customers... Not only do I buy cigarettes I buy other things as well... I bought a stun gun that I saw later at another shop for $10 cheaper... The same stun gun... But this is why I won't spend another dime there... I bought a pen there around New Year's... It lasted a month... I only use the pen on weekends... But suddenly it stopped working... So instead of replacing it he gave me $5 off for a new one... That one lasted about 2 months then stopped working... So I bought a third pen... It lasted less than a month... So I go to the owner... And he knows me... I'm there almost every day... And told him what happened... He took it and told me he would have it fixed within a week... Three weeks went by... I continued to spend money and tried to be patient... So yesterday I went to check on the pen... There was a kid there who started getting belligerent when I asked him to call the owner about my pen... He started getting smart in the mouth with me... I still spent $15 despite the rudeness... Today I went back to check on the pen... The owner gave me another excuse then tried to sell me a new one for $10... I refused to pay again and asked for the old pen back.. He said he didn't have it but will have it for me next week... I pointed out that at this point next week it will have been a month since he promised to fix my pen... He tried to say I didn't know how to use it and that's why it broke... I pointed out that I only started buying the pens from him because I lost the one I had previously and that pen lasted over a year before I lost it... He started getting belligerent with me... I told him just give me my old pen since he took it from me and he said I have to wait a week... I told him I was gonna write this review and he threatened me and said if I write this review he won't give me my old pen back that I paid for and he now has possession of... He even stated that he tried to get it fixed because I am one of his best customers.... If this is how he treats his best customers I hate to see how he treats everyone else... Not only am I writing this review I will be sending out a community newsletter to let my neighbors know how he mistreated me... We live in the apartment complex right next to his smoke shop ... This place needs to be shut down... And if I have my way it will be... I'm never stepping in that shop again and I hope whoever reads this stays away too... So now he has my property and as he threatened me I'm assuming he won't give it back... But I'll definitely see him in court about it soon... Update: So today I went back to this store to pick up my broken pen... I didn't expect him to have it but I will admit he did... So I took the pen and went to another shop about 2 miles away that I used to go to all the time before I moved closer to S & A and started going there every day... I asked if they could look at the pen and possibly fix it... Their response was don't worry about fixing it we will just give you a new one ... Despite the fact that I didn't buy it from them... They explained that all they have to do is send it in to the manufacturer and the manufacturer will replace the broken one... Something the owner of S & A could have done a month ago instead of trying to make a quick 10 bucks off a new pen he could have sent back under warranty himself... But he chose to try to squeeze $10 out of a customer who spends $15 to $20 in his store daily... I thought him at least giving me the pen back after a month would repair the damage that has been done and maybe I would start back shopping at S & A since it's so close to where I live... But learning that he could have rectified the situation a month ago and instead chose to squeeze a petty $10 out of me for a replacement only showed me what kind of person he is...

I've been a customer for years I go to this shop every other day great prices, very clean and the owner and other employees are very nice it's a pleasure seeing them Everytime I go in.

The owner has a dog called David. Was just an owned dog but bark at people all the time. Poor service, rude and unprofessional employee. No wonder this store got bad reviews all the time. Smh

service here is great and they helped me with what i needed super patient. would recommend!
