After moving to the area a few months ago, I was looking for a local vape shop and initially visited a different business. Unfortunately, that experience was not very welcoming, and I left feeling disappointed. While everyone has difficult days and I don’t want to speak negatively about another business, that first experience made me hesitant to try another shop. The following day, someone recommended Vapor Etc., and I’m very glad they did. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted warmly and treated with genuine kindness. As a new customer who wasn’t familiar with their inventory, I had several questions. The employee who assisted me was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the different brands they carried. When I asked about a specific flavor, he not only pointed me in the right direction but also explained the differences between the available options, including how they performed and tasted. I never felt rushed or pressured, and his willingness to help made the experience enjoyable and informative. What impressed me even more was that on my next visit, an entirely different employee provided the same level of excellent customer service. Friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful seems to be part of the culture at Vapor Etc., not just the attitude of one exceptional employee. I’ve continued to shop there ever since and haven’t felt the need to visit another vape store. Consistently great customer service, knowledgeable staff, and a welcoming atmosphere have made me a loyal customer. I highly recommend Vapor Etc. to both longtime residents and anyone who is new to the area.

Friend came here couple days ago and got a buy 2 get one free on foger pods. I came in 4 days later to buy the same deal. Unfortunately they told me that was a monthly sale (this was in the same month my friend bought theirs) and that I’d even if I bought in bulk it would be full price. Told my friend, he said “looks like I gotta go somewhere else then too.” Losing two customers over $5 is not a good business strategy.

Laid back atmosphere and kewl staff. The place is FULL of assorted products with an absolutely awesome clearance section for thrifty customers like me! Methinks that an opportunity for local home 🏡 delivery 🚚 in Maricopa is being overlooked, though😕. So it's an every 90 day ordeal for me to stock up. Worth the wait!

This smoke shop is a joke. As someone in the smoke shop industry I’ve never been so disappointed and awfully annoyed by the way this store handles their store. First off me and my partner come in and there are 3 not one not two but three employees standing at the front desk. A girl and two men. They never even greet us and if anything look at me and my partner like were absolute garbage. We get ignored for a solid 10 minutes standing at the vape juice section while the three of them giggle and laugh it up amongst themselves it isn’t until I’m steps away from telling my partner that we should leave and go to the way better smoke shop closer to my house that we finally have one of the guys come over and barely help us out getting some nic juice. We ask him some questions and he barely knows anything about vape juice and when we check out the other guy takes my money hands it to this absolute rude, nasty attitude having girl who takes my money and doesn’t even hand me the money she gives it to him to hand it to me like I’m some gross person (mind you I’m black) and then when I asked her a question she just sat on her phone the entire time and just goes “mhm” with the nastiest attitude ever. If this is how yall run your business then this is a WARNING to future customers. Go the the smokers edge in Maricopa same size store only 5 minutes away from this hell hole and they actually love their job and treat you with respect every single time with BETTER priced items.

I used to enjoy this smoke shop a lot! They used to be so sweet and had the BEST customer service towards me but recently all of this has gone downhill. To the point I’m gonna have to find a new smoke shop out in Maricopa. The female is rude to all heck, doesn’t talk unless you ask a question but if you do you’ll get NOTHING but attitude for no reason. If you guys aren’t happy with your jobs then find new ones because none of your customers enjoy the treatment we’re getting lately.
