Considering using this for U-Haul pickup? DON’T. Employee seemed to have no understanding of how to deal with a reservation if you’re not using the direct U-Haul app pickup. And very difficult to understand, mostly a language barrier but even more so because he just mumbled. My reservation was for a 15’ truck and while looking at the reservation employee tried to confirm I wanted a 10’ truck. Moving blankets that were part of the reservation weren’t in the truck. Asked about them and was told they had none in the store. After U-Haul phone customer service changed my pickup location, miraculously they have the blankets now. Lastly, the 15’ truck they had in the lot had painter’s masking tape holding the windshield on maybe? Not sure what it’s doing. There are many other locations to pick up a U-Haul, and I’d wager that literally any one of them is better than here.
