Gravitate Smoke & Vape is a magical kind of place. You walk in to this seemingly reasonably sized shop and it is like you walked into Dr Who's Tardis, the British police/phone box, and WOW! It is bigger on the inside! There is so much more I need to get a close look at here. I started with an awesome purple grinder and I am just getting started!

Great location, staff and honest prices. However, today was a little different. I inquired about a product they've been out of for some time with ongoing eta's. And the rep (i dont think is necessary to name on here) was kind at first but then had became nervous. Going off about deliveries and personal business of the manager (which is none of my business imo, not to be careless) . Prior to this, staff has always been very nice (the rep this morning included), good prices and promising location but this experience left me quite confused, let alone bummed giving its been a week without my stoags lol. Long story short, I said no need to worry about getting the products, sorry for coming in and thank you for the service. Which is unfortunate because I intended to be a continued customer, spend and support the business, friendly staff etc... Off to seek to another spot it seems.

I would like to take a minute to recognize Kate for going above and beyond to provide excellent service, and answer all of my questions. That’s off to a job well done For employing remarkable folks that make you feel welcome just as soon as you open the door.

Already had a shitty night, was too busy to make it to the gravitate on power road. Which closes at 10pm, I always go there. First I walk in she says how's it going and I'm having a shity night so I just nodded to her. And I'm waiting by what I wanted to buy, and some other guy walks past me and she helps him first even though I'm clearly waiting for help. Then I buy what I always buy at the other location, which is always 100 bucks. I'm charged $8 more. And then my change is 11.72$ I'm given $11 until they don't have any more change. Which common business courtesy would say I should get another dollar back, from rounding 72 cents up. But no I'm just told that she has the 11 and not 72 cents that I'm owed. After I already paid 8 extra damn dollars. I'm most likely not going to ever go to either of the gravitates again. Especially since I can get the same thing at waves smoke shop for 86$ instead of the 108$ robbery. Why would the prices be different literally just a few blocks down the road. Same company so it doesn't make any damn sense. And they were rude so that totally ruined my night even more.
