I’ve only been in here once before, but this visit locked me in as a regular. Daltin helped me out and the guy impressed me today. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through different options and testers, but the real reason for this 5-star review is his customer service. He actually remembered me from my one and only previous visit. He genuinely asked how the new job was going and if I was crushing numbers. Management please take a look at this guy for a bigger role. He's exactly the type of guy you want leading a team and building real customer loyalty. Of course the shop has a great selection, awesome discounts, and top-tier service. Huge shoutout to Red Star and Daltin for gaining in a new regular customer!

The staff is very knowledgeable on all of the products they carry and are always very helpful and friendly. The displays and walls were very neat and clean which made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.
