Love coming to this store. It's super close to my house, their hours are very convenient, and the staff is always super friendly! They always have pretty great deals going on and I've never had a long wait, im always in and out so quickly. I've never had issues with any of their disposable vapes not working for me as well. Great location will keep coming here for sure! Also thanks to PK for the wonderful assistance this morning, you can always guarantee a friendly customer interaction everytime you come in!

Dude, they freaking open the door for me when I come in and open the door for me when I leave! How awesome is that customer service from employees in a vape shop! Everybody in that store is always awesome and super friendly. Red star is the only store around me that carries my pillows brand nicotine, so I’m a regular and I’m made to feel so. Cindy rocks! Every time she’s in there my two minute trip turns into a 15 minute trip because we sit and shoot the breeze. Very cool.

Stephanie is always beyond helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate her kindness which is consistent no matter if I call or stop in. They have been the only location near me that carries the pod I prefer. Prices are average or slightly lower than a few competitors in the area which makes it my first go to. Highly recommend!

I asked a bunch of questions about flavors and she took the time to explain everything clearly — even helped me figure out what I’d actually like. She made the whole experience easy and fun. She also helped me sign up for rewards, talked about the other Red Star locations, and offered great product alternatives for when I travel. The store is spotless, well organized, and has a huge selection. Great service, great vibe — and Kylee really represents the company well. How can you go wrong?

It's always a pleasure coming into this location. Customer service is great and they are always happy to help with suggestions when Im not sure what flavors of juice I want. Been a long time customer and will keep only using Red Star.
