I just purchased this item and found it was defective right after opening it. It was not damaged by me. The employee was very rude and simply said there was ‘nothing they could do’ and refused to replace it. I understand there may be store policies, but no customer wants to pay for a brand-new item that doesn’t even work. At the very least, there should be some assistance or a proper solution provided.

Bad quality knock off vapes. Purchased 2 Foger vapes from this location on 3/9. One with the juice and battery and one just the refill. Same flavor tho, juicy peach ice, as it is my favorite. First one I opened tasted slightly off and but wasnt sure however within 5 hours it tasted like a chemical factory and the liquid started turning brown. I opened the refill one, first hit made me gag it was so chemically. Neither tasted like peach. This morning 3/10 less than 24 hours after purchasing I called once they opened and was told all sales are final and they will not be able to give a refund.

I went to this smoke shop last night 5/18 well haven't been there in years I bought a off stamp vape kit also another refill tank. The " Manager" Dylan did not tell me to check the product to see if it works well it didn't the battery did nothing. Now frustrated j had to wait till morning seeing they were closed for the night. I call in the morning and "Dylan" said to me there is nothing we can do after you leave the store. I asked him why don't you have me check your product if you're having issues? His answer was well it's a known thing. Then he says all I can do is sell you another Vape. Dylan must be slow he's obviously High but what horrible customer service so buyers beware! Top shelf promotions and there smoke shop in mesa could care less about their customers! Message to too shelf promotions your store manager is a failure also that is the face of your company which is pathetic. Pro tip check your whip it inventory your manager that's a joke anyways he is spent not many cells firing in that man's head really sad.
