This place used to be my go to lounge but I moved last summer and can’t visit as often. Not too fancy, and spacious, which is just the kind I like. They have many great beers on tap, and have a few wine options and that’s it. No hard liquor. You can bring your own cigars as long as you buy something from them, which I appreciate. I always buy two beers. Great spot to catch a game (but no sound).

I’ve been a regular here for years and want to address a recent review that doesn’t match what actually happened. The customer placed his bag on a $750 humidor that was for sale and clearly marked “Do Not Touch,” then went into the walk-in. Staff gently moved the bag nearby since he wasn’t available. When he came out he immediately started chewing out the employee, dismissed every policy, and became rude and combative. The assistant manager — a very knowledgeable and pleasant person to deal with in every respect — stepped in and asked him to stop disrespecting the staff. The customer demanded the manager, was told he was already speaking to him, and kept dismissing him. The sale was ended and he was asked to leave multiple times. He refused, got more aggressive, and challenged them. Only when police were mentioned did he start walking out, then called the cops himself from the parking lot. I was there when the officers arrived. They spoke with both sides and took corrective action to ensure the safety of the store and its staff. The team here is professional, patient, and knowledgeable. They simply won’t tolerate someone treating employees that way and ignoring basic rules about merchandise. This wasn’t a misunderstanding — it was entitlement meeting a firm “no.” Five stars from me.

Great place to come try, Lee has offered me great advice on new cigars to try. The entire experience was great, very helpful staff and an excellent selection of premium cigars. Very clean, wide open lots of great seating, lots of TVs to watch sports. And best of all excellent air conditioning which is important in Phx.

Great atmosphere, excellent cigar selection, and amazing service. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. Definitely one of my favorite cigar spots, highly recommend!
