Extremely disappointed with the experience I had tonight involving a new employee named Brittany. I purchased an item, stepped just outside the store, opened the box, and immediately returned after realizing the product was defective. The packaging had no plastic or seal, and although the glass container inside was still factory sealed, she refused to exchange it or offer any help. Her reasoning was that I didn’t open it inside the store, which makes no sense, especially since she literally saw me walk out and come right back in. If this had been a $15 or $20 item, I wouldn’t even bother writing this, but it wasn’t. It was one of the more expensive products in the store, which makes the situation even more frustrating. As a regular customer who spends a significant amount of money here, I’ve never had an issue like this with any other employee, past or present. I also work in customer service, and I would never treat a loyal customer the way I was treated tonight. Now I’m left with a defective product and out the money, with no resolution offered. At this point, I’m honestly not sure if I’ll be returning to this store anymore after this experience. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

This store is very clean and organized. Lovely staff. Miss Ash helped me out with finding some great smoking papers today. I will definitely be back again very soon. This store has a great smoking paper selection in my opinion.

First time visit as I just recently discovered it was down the street from me. The fact that they open at 7am and close at midnight immediately got my attention as that is hard to come by with smoke shops these days ..they all seem to open at 8-9am and close at 10pm. My first visit was excellent. I was impressed by the pricing, selection, cleanliness of the store, and friendliness of staff. I have been a smoke shop high roller for about a decade, and Habitz just became my go-to store. I am so grateful this location is just down the street from me. Vape, glass, Kratom...they got it all. I highly recommend them.

New female employee sold me the wrong product and would not exchange, and then fraudulently charged 3 charges on my debit card. Did not know what a downstem was but works at a smoke shop. Told us she was barely awake and apologized for not being able to operate the POS. Been coming here for a while and will not be back.
