When you ask if a cigar is the price posted on its box or bin then go ring up and realize you were charged more for the cigar. Thats cause to not shop here. But! If you give them a 2nd chance and choose a cigar and preface the purchase with IS THIS CIGAR THE PRICE IT SAYS IT IS and its $2.50 more than the price its labelled as being. Thats cause to NEVER shop here anymore. There are other shops close by that DO NOT OPERATE THIS WAY. in fact. I will no longer attempt to buy cigars here again. Excuses arent good business practice. Especially when i just moved a couple of blocks away. Smh. How to lose business 101. While i was in the store. The same thing happened to another guy, while i was in there!!!! Hard pass

I was in the area with some time to kill and stopped by for a smoke. After picking a cigar from the good selection, I joined a friendly group of men for talking, joking, and smoking. I'll go back next time I'm in the area. Too bad home is so far away.

Great atmosphere, awesome humidor selection, customer service was excellent.

During the holiday season I picked up gifts for my lady’s family and ended up here…. I’ll get to point, the white guy with the shaggy hair made a joke that didn’t sit well with me. PSA: Know your customers and who you should and shouldn’t joke with. Keep it professional. Great shop tho.

Great little shop for cigars. Even though I am a woman, the salesman treated me really nice. We have come here for a lot and love it. Large selection too.
