This place is phenomenal. A large and high quality selection of cigars, very good drinks and the best bar tender around. Highly recommend, I can’t wait to visit again when I’m in AZ.

This place has a huge selection of high quality cigars and spirits. The ambiance, decor and vibe of this place are all incredibly unique. Definitely feels luxurious and posh. Nice and quiet to enjoy a cigar and sip a fine spirit on the rocks or neat. Very knowledgeable staff and very accommodating to customer tastes and preferences. Friendly patrons are easily found there and it is easy to strike up a conversation or just enjoy your solitude. I highly recommend for purveyors of luxury spirits and cigar connoisseurs. I would come back here in a heartbeat.

I visited here today in search of some cigars for a special someone. I called in first to be sure I was in the right plaza because there was some construction being done on 44th St, blocking the entrance. I spoke with Bart on the phone, a real nice fellow that guided me right to them. I explained what I needed and was pointed in the right direction. I was helped without judgment and felt I was treated well there. I was able to get three cigars, two recommended by staff and one more recommended by another gentleman in the humidor. The atmosphere seemed very laid back and all the other patrons seemed to be enjoying themselves and kept to themselves. I know from reading their reviews that the question about women being welcomed was asked so I wanted to add that there were at least two women patrons there during my short visit. All in all from this visit alone, I will be back in the future!

As a first time cigar smoker, going into Churchill’s Fine Cigars. The experience was phenomenal, the gentleman with the glasses that works the counter and humidor on Sundays and Mondays, was extremely knowledgeable, eager to help and answered every question I had. The selection of quality cigars is extensive to everyone’s preferences. I will be spending a lot of money here in the future just for the amazing experience I had here.

Terrible service. I was a first time visitor today and was not expecting to walk into a Cigar bar. I was expecting a small shop so I was a little thrown off. I found the employee at the register to ask a question. This man did not acknowledge me at all. He was too busy watching the Brazil game. Finally I said something and this dude acts annoyed that Im approaching him. I start asking about cigars and before I finish he looks at me like Im stupid and points to the cigar room. I was so focused on finding him for help I didnt notice the room right away. He did manage to mumble where to find the cigar i was looking for. This was my first time here, if all your employees act as pretentious as this guy, I dont think Ill be back.
