Heya people's of PHX, I just went to Clouds to get a zig zag wrap and I ended up leaving with an e vape mod.... The owner Allen talked me into getting. I must say he had exceptional customer service. And now they have elotes 😁

Allen, the owner is phenomenal!!!! Had no idea he was the owner until the end!!! my Cleo geek bar ran out, needed a refill, stop by here and he doesn’t have the Cleo yet.. BUT IT DIDN’T MATTER! He had so many options. He was so kind, and so patient with me cause I had so many questions on other brands!!! and now he might have me switching from a geek bar to a NEXA!! Georgia peach ice is fire… give it a nine out of 10!!! Thanks Allen, I’ll definitely be back!!!!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely one of the best neighborhood smoke shops around. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and never makes you feel rushed. They have a great selection, fair prices, and the store is always clean and well organized. If they don't have what you're looking for, they're happy to help or point you in the right direction. It's the kind of local business that's worth supporting. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area! Bonus is the new soda fountain. Cant beat that on a hot summer day!!

Great customer service these guys go above and beyond the normal sales and stuff to make sure you get what you want and find some new things to try. Very very happy with this visit and will be recommending to my friends and family. Very impressed 👍

This review is specifically for Benjamin. We went in for vapes the other day and he was extremely helpful and kind. I have worked Customer service most of my life and even trained sales and customer service agents and was highly impressed with his management of customers. I will be returning for sure.
