The smoke shop is in my neighborhood. So I come here frequently to get water. The clerk AJ is very helpful and personable. She represents a shop in the most phenomenal way.

For the most part, this is a great business. The owners live in FL and I've met them as I am in the store multiple times a week. The Phoenix location is very rarely ever "busy". Which is one thing I like about it. Can usually get in and out in under 2 minutes. A majority of the employees are fantastic and very friendly. Except for one!! Which is why I'm leaving this 1 star review. Hoping that the owners actually see this and take it seriously. Alani started a few months ago and usually works one maybe two days a week. She has a very pissy, negative attitude. I am seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.

One of my more favorite smoke shops. I haven't been able to find my usual flavor lately. Thalia took the time to help me find a suitable flavor that was comparable to my usual. Very pleased!

I come to the smoke shop on an everyday basis, it is very hot...how can a company like this have their employees working in these conditions?? This does not put an employee nor a customer in a good mood to work or shop. An employee can end up getting dehydrated with the hotness of the store...This is an example of how much an employee is worth to the store...
