Really chill in here. I love that they play a variety of music for everyone. Daniel helped me and was extremely helpful. I told him I wanted something fruity with a hint of mint and he did just that! Smooth hookah with big clouds! They don't serve food but you can bring food in which I thought was really cool as most places don't allow outside food. It looks like alot of people come to vibe and get work done which is what I was looking for to get some homework done. I'll be back on my next trip to Phoenix!

Empire Hookah Lounge is easily one of the better hookah spots I’ve been to in Arizona. The hookah quality was on point—smooth, flavorful, and clearly well-maintained. I’m a connoisseur and take my hookah seriously, and this place genuinely met all my expectations without cutting corners. The atmosphere is a whole vibe. It’s comfortable, laid-back, and perfect for just chilling, talking, or winding down on a weekend night. Nothing felt rushed or forced, just a solid environment where you can actually enjoy your session. The employees were also a highlight—friendly, attentive, and actually knew what they were doing. They checked in at the right times without being overbearing and made the whole experience feel easy and welcoming. Music Choice A1! Overall, 10/10 experience. I’m just visiting on a weekend trip, but they seriously exceeded my expectations. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in Arizona.

Everyone was very friendly. The atmosphere is chill and the hookah was made well. It's rare to find someone who knows how to properly pack a bowl, so that was nice. They don't have potato internet, so I was able to play my Switch while I smoked. Overall, great experience! No wonder they've been open for 16 years

Truly love this place. Starting from the amazing service, hospitality, atmosphere and perfect bowls. It’s really hard to find a consistent hookah lounge. However, every single time we come here we leave relaxed and happy from our experience! The owner, Gabe, goes above and beyond to interact with customers and makes sure he brings in the best shisha/hookah equipment into his shop. Happy to say that this is our new favorite spot ❤️

Such an awesome experience and place to hang! They have a huge menu of flavors and staff is great at helping you decide what to choose. A few snacks and knick knacks are available to purchase. Couches are comfy and they have monitors to game or watch on while you hang, music is a bit loud but comfortable with headphones/ear plugs. Would recommend for someone looking to do some solo gaming or work, or groups of friends who want a laid back hangout that feels like an elevated version of your cool friend's living room.
