This place is arguably the best place to buy Cigars in the South Phoenix/Laveen area, and my interactions with the owner and employees have always been positive. However, I as much as I am an advocate for supporting local businesses, I will no longer support this one. I went to buy some cigars and upon pulling up I see a neon sign over the front door advertising that they now sell "Space Gas" - being a cigar guy I never would have paid attention, but it's obvious now that the owner is more concerned with profiting than the wellbeing of his community. Obviously cigars/tobacco/alcohol aren't exactly healthy choices, but there's a line, and they crossed it. Maybe they crossed it long ago, but now it's plain to see on the front door. Super disappointed in this shop and this forces me to now buy online from more ethical businesses. Owner; if you are reading this, please consider the impact you are having on your community by making these kinds of things easily accessible. If you have a conscience perhaps you'll reconsider your business model.

I’ve been going to this smoke shop for years, and the employees have always been very helpful and attentive. Although after this last experience with the owner the old white man I’m going to need to take my business elsewhere. I purchased two $32 vapes, they were supposed to be the “newest longest lasting” ones out! And he sold me on it not even two days later and the vapes both stopped working. I went in to see if I could get an exchange or discount on a new vape and I was offered nothing but a scolding about how I should have tried it in the shop. It worked when I left but should NOT have lasted only two days and I should’ve gotten at least a discount on another one especially for the amount I’ve paid. He was trying to act like I ripped him off but it was me that was getting ripped off. I thought he would cherish my business as a long time customer. I’ll just have to go to the smoke shop on 35th ave and southern from here on out.

Service was great, great location, ample parking. Could be a bit better if they had a larger selection of vape juice. Overall, very nice.

There cigarettes are over priced, with bad customer service, and store policies. Will never do business here again.

They have a decent cigar selection, and their humidor keeps them the right consistency. The service is friendly enough, but the neighborhood is a little rough. It's a bit of a drive for me, but is the best cigar shop I've found in the area.
