I would give this place zero stars if I could. I was in the other day while my girlfriend was nearby was getting her tags nearby. When I entered the guy at the counter made it a point to ask what I needed to find. I said I was good since I had a minute to consider what kind of snack I was after. I checked out a cooler to the right thinking I'd get a V-8. None. So then I went after a Diet Mountain Dew (not the same spectrum I know but whatever). That cooler was on the other side of the store. None. So I'll get some chips I guess. This is when the guy behind the counter told me I needed to tell him why I was there and that they didn't allow wandering in the store. I informed him that I couldn't find what I was after and that I was struggling to find something to spend my money on, since I didn't need a crack pipe or a knife or a pickle. He said no, I'm a theif. I will never go back. I don't care how much they deal with theft, or random crime, whatever. If this is how they treat customers then they don't deserve their business. Absolutely and utterly offended.

I called in and the guy was extremely rude he didn't want to help me he was upset when I tried to ask if they had deals. The drive is very far I been a loyal customer for a while and for me to be treated like that I just don't ever see me coming back. The service I always got from the younger guy was awesome. This time it was a forgein guy who did not want to get you guys customers he said the owner does not approve people talking about deals over the phone. My question is why answer the phone then.

I love this little smoke shop the service is always great and the price is right.

Terrible customer service. Asked for price on a vape pod and they wouldn’t tell me. They would rather someone drive 15 minutes and not tell the price. This is terrible as a business. What if someone has $10 exact and goes in and you tell them it’s more. DO BETTER.

If you’re looking for the friendliest staff in town, don’t bother stopping here — they treat every customer like a thief the second you walk in. I guess smiling or saying hello is against store policy. Bought cigarettes at a ‘normal price’ but the overall vibe was anything but normal. Shady, depressing, and the staff act like they hate their own jobs. Someone should really check their inventory — wouldn’t be surprised if they’re slipping banned products on the shelves. This place is a joke, and the punchline is how awful it is.
