Disappointed Long-Time Customer. I've been a loyal customer of this smoke shop for years, but after my recent experience, I won’t be returning. The customer service has always been mediocre at best, but this time it crossed the line into outright disrespect. I purchased a torch that turned out to be defective, and when I asked to exchange it—even offering to pay the difference for a better model—they flatly refused. There is not a "no returns or exchanges" sign posted on the door or anywhere inside the business either. Also,I had a copy of the charge on my bank account for reference to prove I purchased it in the last 48hrs. No returns, no exchanges, no accountability. It’s baffling that a business would treat a long-time customer this way after being loyal for years, its truly unfortunate. To make matters worse, their prices are a complete scam. After shopping elsewhere I realized that similar Items that sell for half the price in the next city are marked up here like they’re luxury goods. It feels greedy and exploitative, especially when the quality doesn’t match the cost. If you value fair treatment and reasonable prices, do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. Loyalty and quality clearly means nothing to this place.

Very inexpensive get all the good stuff, new gear and flavors on deck. Lance is super solid employee . He’s on point with all the flavors and inventory .

Bought a vape battery on my way out of carefree it wont even turn on after charging. Thanks for wasting $30 for something that is broken. Don't buy their yocan ziva pro vape batteries they dont freaking work. Stuff like this makes me angry. You get money I get nothing I dont live close so im not driving back. It should work you sell something brand new and it doesn't even turn on thats insane.
