I ordered 2 vapes got them both but one was defective. So I e-mailed them and asked for a new vape the one I liked. They sent me the new vape and threw in a battery on top of that. Thought that was really cool of them to do that for the inconvenience. I recommend this site👍

They don't adhere to their own shipping policies. I can get something halfway across the world faster than they ship vapes.

Order B2C-390472 I’d like to share my own experience as well. If it were possible to give this company zero stars, I absolutely would-a big, bold zero. I placed an order with them on October 6, and as of yesterday, October 14, it still hadn’t even been processed, let alone shipped. They claim orders are shipped within three days, but in reality, you might be waiting 10 days, 20 days, or even months. It feels like some kind of middleman company that just takes your money and does who knows what with it. I noticed other people have written similar reviews below-and honestly, my only question is why I didn’t read them before placing my order. My advice: stay away from this company. This is by far the worst level of service I’ve experienced in the U.S. Do not buy anything from them-unless you’re okay waiting months for your order. If demand is really that high, just hire more staff to handle it. It’s that simple.
