I was in town on business and stopped by this smoke shop. I had to leave a review after witnessing two customers be extremely rude to the lady attendant. I was genuinely impressed with how calmly, patiently, and professionally they handled the situation. The inventory was great, and the prices were too. We need more people like this. Kindness and professionalism go a long way, especially in difficult situations. Thank you for making an outsider feel so welcome. If I’m ever back in town, I’ll definitely be stopping by again!

I recently visited this store and was recommended it. The lady was very kind and patient in explaining and giving me the price of each product. I highly recommend this place. The employee was very friendly.

"I had a fantastic experience at the smoke shop today, all thanks to the cashier! She was incredibly knowledgeable about all the products and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Her recommendations were spot on, and she was super friendly and patient throughout my visit. I really appreciate her excellent customer service and will definitely be coming back because of her!"
