I'm a frequent buyer when it comes to planet smokeshop. They ladies in there always make you feel at home, are very sweet & genuine! Thanks to Kyra & Melissa. HIGHLY recommend spending some time kutnof your day and checking them out! They won't disappoint

Melisa is a beautifulsexy saleslady who made me feel like I was her favorite customer. She is a great ASS-et to this smoke shop. And Kyra has a bubbly deameanor and knows how to handle that register. I come here for the beautiful ladies and the great service.

I went to 6 different vape shops looking for a particular flavor and brand. I was just about to run out of it and its the best flavor ive ever had by far. No one carried it of course or they were all out (only 1 place actually carried my flavor) but when I went into planet vape, Melissa went above and beyond stating that she would be happy to order it for me and text me when it comes in and it would only take a few days! Now that is customer service which is everything to me. Finally I was able to put my mission on pause so I can finally relax and just know that I dont have to panic anymore. Then it came in a day earlier than expected. I ran right over to the store as soon as I got the text and they actually ordered multiple new flavors that sounded just as amazing and they were new flavors just being released. Im so excited to try them all! From now on this is my smoke shop! The only one that I want to buy my vapes from! THANK YOU GUYS SOOOO MUCH!!!

Hands down best shop I’ve come across. Jade is awesome. She has such a great attitude and if something isn’t in orders it for me. No issues ever, no bs and friendly service. Which is rare these days
