I'm giving this place only a one-star because I think the cashier Shaun (at least that's what the receipt says). might have taken some of my money or didn't charge me correctly. But something fishy is definitely happening. He asked if I would like a receipt I told him yes then he pretended he didn't know how to print one out and said it would not let him I asked if he can call the manager to try to figure it out because I needed a receipt. He kind of just played stupid. And said he didn't have the manager's number to call and find out how to work the register. Definitely fishy🤔🤔🤔 after a few moments of me going back and forth telling him he needed to contact somebody because I needed a receipt he finally printed me something that just gives a price..... weird

Was sold this bottle of kratom for like $35, i open it up, take 2 pills and then notice that it expired last year. I go back in and tell the guy, and he says that even though the product has been expired since Dec. 2024, that all sales are final. I was not able to return it or trade it for something else. I mean come on, really? Is it safe to eat plant matter that’s been expired for a year? It could be moldy, have bacterial growth, and it definitely has a loss of potency. I’m just gonna throw it away I guess, I’m not going to risk getting sick off of it. That’s kind of a disgrace to not offer a refund or a trade for selling an expired product. Seriously that’s pretty disgusting and a health hazard too. I guess it’s okay if it was an oversight to sell expired kratom, but to not refund it is very, very wrong.

Very Rude sales clerk, he said he was the owners son when I asked to speak to the owners. Due to a bong I bought 2 months ago, that had a manufacturing defect and the son kept telling me I did buy it there because they don’t sell bongs for 180 dollars, so I showed him which pipe it was {he had one on the shelf}. He said just it was only 95 dollars. Do I was over charge for a manufactured defective pipe. And the RUDE SON did not care to keep me as a customer. I have recommended this shop to people. NEVER AGAIN!! THIS SHOP IS A FRAUD! Very poorly made pipes and bongs. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP!!!

Prices are the highest in a 10-15mi radius. DONT even bother stopping here....total rip off. Drive a 1mi away to the next shop for prices $5 to even $10 less. The manager cares nothing about customers and will just complain that he has to drive to even pick up supplies. TERRIBLE SERVICE... AVOID this place.
