So as I get here and I walk in the door the gentleman in the back of the store says hello very nicely and then as I'm starting to look he walks up to me and says that he needs to lock the door because his delivery man is in the back and I need to buy something and leave because he has to lock the door so I told him I wanted to shop and if it would be okay if I just waited for him and he said that was fine after he gave me a confused look and to 10 to 15 minutes I walk outside and I'm standing outside by the door and he never even comes and locks the door

Just stopped by to pick something up. He employee was on the phone the entire time. He didn't greet me, seemed like he BARELY had enough energy to ring me up. Now because I'm a polite and have manners....after I paid I THANKED HIM and he sounded bothered that he had to acknowledge that I that.

It's the customers right to wanna purchase fresh cigars. Customer service was horrible from the real Big guy. He was on the phone and I felt rush. I won't be back. Lol you have the audacity to respond! You do sell cigar's!! They were stale. Try selling fresh products. You don't even know proper communication. You need to read before you post. Invest in better products. An your other customer is correct 83rd an encanto is way better with nice employees and fresh merchandise!!! You people come here and are rude to us and that's not cool
