Torch Cigar Bar in Phoenix delivers a well-rounded experience that hits all the right notes for cigar enthusiasts and anyone looking for a laid-back but lively night out. The first thing that stands out is the selection. They offer a wide range of cigars, from familiar staples to premium options, all kept fresh and well-organized. Whether you know exactly what you want or you’re still figuring out your taste, there’s something here for you. The bar area is just as impressive. It’s clean, well-stocked, and staffed by people who know what they’re doing. Drinks are made right, and the atmosphere strikes a nice balance between upscale and comfortable. You can settle in for a slow smoke or just stop by for a drink without feeling out of place. There are plenty of TVs throughout, making it a solid spot to catch a game without sacrificing the relaxed cigar lounge vibe. It never feels overcrowded or chaotic, even when it’s busy. Fridays bring live music, which adds another layer to the experience. It’s not overwhelming, just enough to give the place some energy and keep things interesting. Overall, Torch Cigar Bar is a go-to spot in Phoenix if you appreciate a good cigar, quality drinks, and a welcoming atmosphere.

Visited Torch Cigar Bar on a Friday night. Compared to other cigar lounges in the Valley, this place is impressively spacious. It features plush leather couches throughout, ample bar seating, and a large outdoor patio. First impression: upscale and inviting. I typically order vodka sodas but decided to branch out and try one of their specialty cocktails, the lavender martini. Unfortunately, it was disappointing. It tasted more like a standard lemon drop with no hint of lavender, and to make things worse, it was served in a coupe glass that was barely half full. I don’t expect cocktails to be overflowing, but this was closer to a shot than a drink. Understandably, the garage doors were closed due to the summer heat, but even so, it felt uncomfortably warm inside. Their humidor had a great selection, but sadly, the cigar my husband chose was dried out and cracked after only being lit for 5 minutes not what you expect from a high-end cigar bar. Thankfully, the bartender was apologetic and told him to grab a replacement, which I appreciated. Torch earns points for showing UFC fights with no cover charge, that’s a big plus. However, when the main card started, it became nearly impossible to get service. The staff was completely engrossed in watching the fights, and it wasn’t until a regular stepped in and flagged someone down that I could even order another drink. That lapse in attentiveness really impacted the experience. At the end of the night, we handed over our card for the bill but never received an itemized receipt. After waiting, we eventually just left. The tab felt high, especially considering my husband only had water and a cigar, and I had a few cocktails. Were we charged for two cigars? No idea. It left us with more questions than confidence. Overall, Torch has a beautiful layout and potential for a great vibe, but they’re lacking in consistency with both product and service. With a little more attention to detail, proper cigar storage, better bar service, and transparency with billing, this place could be a standout. For now, it was just an “okay” night with some unfortunate hiccups.

First time visitor; will definitely be back. Excellent cigar selection and fantastic cocktail menu- the Churchill and Lychee Martini cocktails were my favorites of the drinks I had, but everything was great! Awesome vibes, friendly staff, great options as far as drinks and cigars go.

For starters I've never seen a restroom this nice in a cigar lounge. Thought I was in a 5 star hotel. The entire place was clean and well maintained. The bartender was excellent. Nice outdoor area. Great selection of cigars. I really enjoyed visiting this lounge.

I visited this cigar bar expecting a premium lounge experience, but unfortunately it fell far short. The atmosphere is nothing impressive—there’s no real character or ambiance that sets it apart from other spots. Service is minimal at best. Don’t expect attentive hospitality; you’ll be lucky if your drink is even brought to the seat you chose. It feels like customer experience isn’t much of a priority here. The cigar selection is easily the worst I’ve encountered in Arizona—limited, underwhelming, and not curated with any real intention. On top of that, they don’t allow outside cigars, even if you’re actively purchasing drinks from the bar, which makes the experience even more restrictive. I will say, the bartender does make a great Old Fashioned—but that’s about the only highlight. Both cigars and drinks are overpriced for what you actually get. Overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality cigar lounge experience.
