Urbanz Smokez is hands down one of the best spots in Phoenix. Super classy vibe, an excellent selection, and the staff is genuinely friendly and helpful without ever being pushy. I had a small issue during my visit and they fixed it quickly and professionally, no hassle at all. That kind of service really stands out. You can tell they care about their customers and take pride in the shop. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others.

2 vapes at 2 different juice levels. The lower one didn't hit right either. Even though it was opened right in front of the very rude cashier, “no exchanges! Come back tomorrow!” If there’s no exchanges, why would I come back the next day? I usually go to the shop in the evenings and deal with a guy who seems like the owner. Assuming because dealing with him as opposed to her is like night and day! It’s people like her is why so many businesses are failing these days!

A big shout out to Urbanz Smokez, I really wish you could give 100+stars for a review because 5 stars isn't enough as this establishment deserves it period!! The store is super clean and well organized, The owner is totally cool and very knowledgeable. I must add a big shout out to Ms. Rana as she is very sweet and knowledgeable as well, keep up the great work Rana!!! I highly recommend this shop to everyone as it's definitely a diamond in the rough. If your looking for quality products at amazing prices, with a friendly staff then you must stop in.

Went to this smoke shop at the beginning of June and came in for a bong and like a dab tool. I was wanting to replace the flower bowl for a banger for dabs (concentrate) and I needed a 45 degree angle and not a 90 degree and the older gentleman was trying to tell me they had none what so ever an was rude about it as I was standing there in front of the bangers that were in boxes displayed in the shelf and I was directly seeing a banger the size and angle I needed an was still trying to tell me that the bangers I was looking at was wrong size and that I don't know what I was talking about. An I just processed to just check out because I wasn't in the mood to argue with him. So he shown me the price of the bong and the dab tool. Bong was 49.99 and dab tool was 3 dollars. He rang me up at 60 dollars after bringing all of it up on the register. I paid with card and surprised that it was an extra dollar or so to charge to run my card. I feel like after paying that I was charged to much with taxes. But anyways I don't like how this gentleman was and one more thing is that he was also rude to another customer and almost refuse to exchange an item for him after he paid for an item that was a screwed up product and almost blame the customer for screwing it up. Most likely not recommending coming back to this smoke shop.

Finally found the Cherry Mint flavor of Al Fakher shisha after checking out 3 other shops! Haven't been able to find it since moving from Texas. They had a huge selection of all sorts of products.
