If you know exactly what you want you'll probably be okay, but the young dude with the big fro acts visibly annoyed the moment you walk in the door. Every question you ask is met with attitude. The girls that have helped me on two occasions were very nice and helpful, but this guy has the worst customer service I've ever experienced so I'll just be going to Red Star from now on. The owner must not care because there are several reviews all sharing my exact experience with this guy. I already had $40 worth of pods on the counter but I had to tell him nevermind I'll just go somewhere else

Lovely lady that works here. So friendly and knowledgeable. She takes time with each customer that walks in her door, makes you feel happy just being in her presence. The store is always stocked and spotless! She listens to you and helps to find you the best product for your individual need. Highly recommend this place for your vaping needs. I promise you will love it just as much as I do.

Men that work there was incredibly unhelpful. It seemed as if I was bothering him with my presence. Poor experience overall. For a more pricey vape this store was a big thumbs down. Save your money and go somewhere else.

There are so many things wrong with this place, I don't know where to begin. First of all, they sell you cheap knockoff brands at the premium price. These aren't the quality brands here, it's the cheap stuff that costs 99 cents online, yet they charge you premium price, The customer service is over the top, but not in a good way.The sales assistant literally stands in front of you, waiting for you to decide on something as if you are an inconvenience. It makes me feel very hurried and is just creepy at times. When I ask questions, the sales assistants either reply patronizingly or have no idea what I have asked. Attitude plus lack of knowledge about your products equals terrible customer service. The liquids are mostly mixed in store and are never the same taste twice because of it. The few I have tried were surprisingly thin (it was supposed to be 50/50 pg/vg but I'm almost positive it was more like 80/20), and the flavor left a very artificial aftertaste. I bought a battery from here recently and forgot to buy a charger for it, instead of having to walk back into this place I ended up buying one on Amazon instead. Same exact one they sell but only for $3. I would rather wait for shipping than deal with this place again. My advice, go somewhere else.

We having been going to this place since they opened almost 2 years ago and Brian was the best. They hired Stacy then another gal and then the guy. (can't remember there names). But they are all great. They create a comfortable atmosphere and make you feel welcome. Their products are excellent... maybe a bit pricy, but hey, everything costs.
