Rema Thank you for wonderful customer service & understanding. I bought 8 packs of Switzer Sweet Cigars and I opened one pack they were stale I didn’t bother to open the other packs, but I felt them and I felt that they were hard so I took them back today. Rema, the owner was there and she understood was very kind enough to give me back my money and told me to keep the cigars and also gave me a cigar humidor with a Ziploc bag to put them in to try to get the cigars soft.

This is hands down one of the best smoke shops I've been to. The staff is always welcoming, helpful, and treats every customer with respect. They have an amazing selection, great prices, and you can tell they truly care about their customers. I highly recommend stopping by you won't be disappointed!

Employee walked out from the back stood behind me watched me trying to see prices but never once asked if I needed help. Then when I asked for help I was kicked out mocked and slandered for. Not asking sooner for help. Cursed out of the store. I would not support a company like this. But it's a your choice.

This smoke shop is fantastic, with a huge selection of products! The place is very organized and clean, making it easy to find exactly what you need. They have everything you could ask for. The staff is super helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions. Definitely a great spot for anyone looking for quality and excellent service!

Absolutely love this place I come here almost everyday mostly just to see the manager there. His name is bassam he’s a big a teddy bear. He likes long talks and always knows what’s best ;)
