AJ was super friendly and super accommodating. He had good knowledge of everything. Definitely have the right person! The shop itself is super clean and put together and everything is fresh.

On Thursday January 29th 2026, I entered the store with the intent to purchase a specific Yocan battery and a 510-thread battery. Upon arrival, I was greeted and informed the register clerk that I was browsing. He said okay. While taking the time to consider potential purchases, I was approached within ten minutes by the same employee who exhibited visible signs of frustration, including deep sighs. The employee stated that I needed to leave the premises, citing a concern about “loitering” if individuals were not actively making a purchase. From a customer service and management perspective, this behavior is highly unprofessional and does not align with best practices for engaging prospective customers. As I began to exit the store, I made a neutral comment intended to de-escalate the situation. In response, the employee approached aggressively from behind the counter and challenged me to repeat the comment. This action unnecessarily escalated an already sensitive situation and further compromised the customer experience. I am bringing this matter to your attention for review and to ensure appropriate steps are taken to reinforce professional conduct and customer engagement standards.

Stopped for a disposable vape on my way to the dog park and was pleasantly surprised. I drive by this smoke shop almost everyday but I rarely see anyone go in or out. It’s safe to say that if you pass up this smoke shop, you’re missing out. They have a great selection of solid glass. Almost every brand of vape disposable you can imagine and a huge selection of rolling papers. Their vape mod selection was stacked and the prices were pretty average. If this is your local smoke shop and you’re not coming here, why? 💨

Celine was super helpful and very informative when it came to giving us options in different variety of glass. We are definitely going to be coming here again and making our regular spot!

The best products around, and some of the best customer service I've ever experienced!!! Also! Peter and Josh are always fantastic and friendly and always help us find exactly what we need!
