This place is honestly fascinating—it manages to deliver two completely different experiences under the same roof. Come in during the afternoon and you’ll meet someone who is friendly, professional, and actually seems to understand what customer service is. It’s smooth, easy, and exactly what you’d expect from a business. Then there’s the morning shift ran by a angry older foreign man, which feels like a completely different company took over overnight. If you enjoy being met with attitude for no apparent reason, you’re in luck. I’ve made multiple attempts to be polite and friendly, but the consistency of the rudeness is almost impressive at this point. It’s rare to see someone so committed to making customers feel unwelcome. Honestly, the day there’s a pleasant interaction in the morning might be worth documenting—it would be that unexpected. I might die from shock. If you have a choice, go in the afternoon. Unless, of course, you’re in the mood to lower your expectations before starting your day. I still stop by occasionally because of the location, but it’s definitely not a place I’d recommend based on the overall experience.

Been here a few times and the two older men that work there are very rude and don’t even know what they got when you ask them for something. The short older bald guy says he has been here forever but doesn’t even know what a zigzag is. We literally had to point it out because he kept grabbing the wrong thing then started to get an attitude. Definitely going to Smokies for now on.
