I am here from out of town and googled smoke shops near where I’m staying This shop was was not the closest to me and took me out of my way about 12 minutes each way, but the reviews were so outstanding for the shop that I had to go and I’m so happy I did! David is who helped me and I cannot say enough about the impression he left!! he exemplified what great customer service is! He needs to teach a class and train other people on how to give good customer service because he was absolutely amazing! I have worked in customer service and hospitality for over 30 years and there’s only a handful of people in all those years that because of their service & personality have stood out and David absolutely without a doubt is one of those people! I was just so highly impressed with how he treated me as a guest, how knowledgeable he was and how willing he was to help me no matter what my budget was, told him that tomorrow is my daughter‘s birthday and gave me a really good deal on a glass piece for her. That is absolutely beautiful, which he did not have to do but just an example of phenomenal customer service that he gave! I highly recommend anyone in the area needing something from a smoke shop. Please go see this shop in In particularly ask for David. If he’s there he was honestly just outstanding! I’m only in town for a week, but I will definitely go back a couple more times for whatever needs I have. He has completely won my business, if he lived in Michigan, I would snatch him up and have him working for me in a heartbeat! Thank you so much, David for your kindness and your help. Great smoke shop – even in the middle of the night! I was on vacation in Tucson and stumbled across this smoke shop by chance – and honestly, I was really impressed. The place was super clean and well-organized, which isn’t always a given, especially late at night. What really stood out was the employee on shift, Biggz! – super chill, genuinely friendly, and super knowledgeable. I felt really well taken care of, no pushy sales vibe at all, just honest advice and good energy. And the best part? They’re open 24/7. I came by really late and fully expected it to be closed – but nope, lights on, doors open, and welcoming atmosphere. Totally made my night. Definitely stopping by again next time I’m in town. Highly recommend, especially if you’re out and about at odd hours.

Every time I go in the employee's are wonderful. They have great lighters at good prices. Same with my tobacco needs.

Mr. Biggz is such a vibe ! He’s very knowledgeable & funny ! The shop is always clean and nice. I enjoy visiting the shop when he’s there. && he’s tall dark && handsome ! I love his smile. Definitely a good employee!
