I've not had a bad experience at either of the two locations I've shopped. I've been to the Alvernon location and the Broadway location. The staff is friendly and fairly knowledgeable, the vibe laid back. The only issues I've ever had were due to matters outside their control such as price hikes by manufacturers and endless backorders. These are issues that affect every smoke shop though and the staff at Blue Moon has always done all they could in spite of those issues, giving clear answers to any questions I had.

D was the employee on shift and he was helpful and kind when I called, when I finally got there I told him I called earlier and he went straight to the product I asked about, it was cheap and very necessary! Thank you very much for a nice quick experience!
